Bhubesi Pride is a sport & education charity organisation, developing youth and uplifting communities in Africa, through meaningful activities and legacy projects.
RUGBYCOFFEE is proud to have the Bhubesi Pride Foundation as our first Charity Partner. The work Bhubesi Pride has done in Africa over many years, since 2011, has been transformational in many kids lives and has uplifted and empowered communities! It has inspired international participation and is enabling positive change and opportunities to educate.

Northern America
BC Grassroots was born in 2019 as an initiative to counteract the rising “pay to play” model that is involved with all organized sports. We felt that rugby was losing its accessibility. The simplicity of rugby is its true beauty, you need a rugby ball and maybe some cleats depending on the level of play.
Friendships made through rugby tend to last a life time. The seed that is grassroots was planted decades ago; our team is truly your team. From board to staff, our team is comprised of many Canadian rugby builders and contributors. We believe that this game builds character, resilience and good people.2021 brings many projects for BC GRF:
- New programming for youth participants
- Building a rugby field & clubhouse specifically for youth camps and rugby retreats
- An exciting partnership with a rugby mental health organization
- Branded equipment cargo trailer packed with many “goodies” for pop up and play days
